Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
